Getting your CNC machine running and delivering the required efficiency is a very pragmatic task.

In order to perform this task you need a very pragmatic support! You do not need people who write concepts how it will work... you need people who are characterized by the working style "just do it".

In order to give you exactly that type of support you need, we do not employ people who want to "consult" you, we employ people who work with you, who are absolutely "hands on", and who have exactly that knowledge you need.

Each of our people engaged in CNC business started his career with an apprenticeship as metalworker, turning operator or similar professions, kept on working as CNC machinist and has been improving their qualification in CNC business year by year. During these years they were qualifying in CNC programming and all fields related to handling CNC machines. Some of them went on learning in order to become a mechanical engineer and raise the level of their skills.

But each and every of the Pragmaticus^® CNC people was for some years standing at a CNC machine. They have to go through CNC machine training and practical work. This is mandatory for us because one has to experience in day-by-day working conditions what the real problems are in that field, where you intend to support someone else.
